They're only USB 2.0, not 3.0. They don't even have the extra pins for USB 3.0, and if you try to transfer files, the best you can get is about 40MB/s, even with an external SSD that can do 800-900MB/s with a real USB 3.0 adapter. I didn't test the 10A claim, but I don't know of any chargers that can output more than 3A on a USB Type-A port, so it's probably fine in that regard.
