Fine for the price I paid, and it can handle a lot of hard drives. The hot-swap drive bay on the top is a nice touch.
But it kind of feels like it was slapped together from leftover parts. Mesh covers for two fans in the front, but only one fan mounting place, and it's offset slightly so that it covers most of the bottom mesh and a tiny bit of the top one. The top mesh in-turn blocks the lowest 5.25" bay, so you couldn't put a DVD drive or anything else with a front panel there. (I zip-tied in a second fan behind the top mesh, and used an internal 5.25" to 3.5" adapter to put a hard drive there.)
The airflow also isn't great, even with a second fan. I ended up dremmeling away the front of the case where plastic blocked at least 50% of the airflow. I also left the slot covers off of the front, but that's more because I'm mis-using those bays to hold HDDs. I should probably get a 4 or 5 drive cage with an fan and install it in the top bays.
The top fan cover is very easy to pop off accidentally, basically any time you brush it.
It only supports GPUs that are up to 280~290mm. I tried to get this added to the PCPP specs, but they wanted an official source, and as far as I can tell, Cougar never even listed this case on their website. I suppose they were too embarrassed by it.
