Bad design, breaks almost immediately

I'm on my second one; the first either arrived broken or else broke within the first few days. I figured it was a fluke and exchanged for another one it since Speck products have always been high quality in my past experience. However, after a week or two of use, I noticed that the second one had also broken in the same place: the little tab on the back corner of the bottom half. So, now if I hold the laptop wrong, it starts to slip out of the case, making it more likely to be dropped and less likely to be protected. Basically the opposite of what you want.

It's too late to return a second time, so I'm stuck with this one, but I'll be much more warry of Speck products in the future.
