It initially shows up as a USB flash drive with an exe file to install the driver, which seems a little sketchy, although VirusTotal mostly passed it (71/72 scanners said it was safe, 1 said it was malicious.) Overall, I think it's probably fine, just a little weird. After that, I could only get mine to connect at half speed (600mbps for Wifi6 vs 1200mbps advertised - the "1800mbps" is a marketing number that literally isn't possible, but 1200mbps connection speed should have been.) Also bluetooth didn't work at all. It makes me think that one antenna was broken in mine. With the 600mbps wifi 6 connection, real-world speeds were around 200mbps. They did give me a full refund because of the broken antenna, so overall I can't complain too much.
