These bars are an excellent snack! We keep them on hand for both us (the parents) and our almost three year old and he loves them as do we. It's nice to have a snack that is AIP friendly and has a great flavor everyone enjoys. I like that I don't have to worry about food dyes or ingredients. This is the protein and veggie rich snack everyone loves.
