Works pretty well, except two major annoyances:
The first annoyance you can actually see in the picture: the buttons have the same feel, but the power button is in different locations on the two units. This combined with the fact that they take a little while to turn on means that I still find myself holding down the wrong button even after using them for a year+
The second annoyance is that the parent's unit automatically turns on about 10-15 seconds after plugging it in to get charged, and then it starts beeping after another 30 seconds because it can't connect to the baby's unit because remained off. So a frequent scenario is that I turn on both halves while my baby is sleeping and have the parent half clipped to me and running on battery, then I turn them both off when he wakes up, plug in the parent unit, walk away, and then hear it beeping a minute or two later and have to come back frustrated and turn it off again.
