I got one of these for my wife last Christmas, and although she doesn't use it all that often, it is incredibly handy when she does. It can recharge her iPhone 5s from dead to full - while she's using it - and still have a little juice left over.
I also used it to power an Arduino Yun demo once and it did the job admirably.
