Abby is leaning into telling her stories at least in this series with less spice and more heart, if you can believe that, and I’m here for it.
It was beautiful to hear her talk about how long she had wanted to write this book but it needed time. The care with which she handle the characters and the casual/socially acceptable alcoholism in this book is something worthy of respect. I was really wondering how it would work out and how she would stick the ending but she does it as only she can. I will keep reading all her books forever. ❤️
