I was honestly not sure this one was for me for about the first 50-60% of the book, but Ali hasn’t let me down yet. In the very beginning of the book she warns her reader this one will be tonally different and she’s right. This definitely doesn’t feel like a rom com. It feels like an erotic romance, but it is definitely both of those things. This book was spicy and eventually romantic. Hang in there if you are in it for the romance it does come around eventually.
