This book was clearly run through OCR software and not given even a cursory proofreading.
Errors include:

A partially missing and completely inaccurate Table of Contents

Numerous typos, strange capitalization, etc

The title and page number form the original text gets inserted mid-sentence or even mid-word. For example: "...there Is precious little danger that one will ever fall over the terrible precipice of Intoxica- 32 The Rise and Fall of the Prohibition tion and go down into the bottomless pit of complete disaster."

Text that had been formatted into a table originally was all left-aligned together and basically unreadable

Random gobbledygook occasionally inserted mid-sentence, for example "7 5-.; r i 24"

Chapter headings were only recognizable because they were written in all caps. There was no other indication that a new chapter was beginning.
I'd be embarrassed to give this away for free, it is absolutely not fit for resale. I gave up after 20 pages and returned my copy.
